| my first experience was really good, and the labour wasnt too bad and would say a good experience, however, the second time was horrible, mainly due to a long labour (55 hours) and the fact that the midwifes were not the most supportive u would ask for! |

| god dont get me going on this one i found southmead hospital crap from the second i got there to the second i left it was pants, no help or support i was left to it and they sent my mum and partner home! So i would say that i had a bad experience but the community midwives of the thornbury team in bristol were excellent |

My first labour experience wasnt great, but the second fab. I found it was the aftercare which was bad the first time. When i had josh, i chose to go to the same hospital though as at least that way i knew what to expect!!
But it was all good.
Having said that, i had 2 very different births, and im sure that that made huge differences to how i felt about everything both times.
