hi suffered eally bad with heartburn when i was pregnant ask your midwife to prescribe you gaviscon as you will get it free on perscription as maternity exemption as you can go through loads of it and the price will be lots hope that helps good luck lisa x

ok thats good the other thing you can try is peppermint tea thats good too how many weeks pregnant are you if i can be nosy dont belive the old wifes tale that the baby will have lots of hair as my son was born with none lol lisa x

im 23 weeks on monday i had it really bad with my son and he was born with tons of hair lol

oic half way there then have you had your scan and did you find out the sex of the baby or waiting for a surprise lisa x

I guess anything alkali helps doesnt it, i had heartburn when i was pg with josh, and i couldnt use gaviscon stuff caiuse it made me heave! So i used to sip milk shakes!

i had really bad heart burn al the way through with ashley and i found that remigel worked really well, gaviscon made me gag was vile
