Both these sites show how much baby would need if your Breast Feeding but sometimes use a bottle to feed expressed milk... Its no where near as much as formula so dont worry if baby doesnt drink the same as ur friend whos formula feeds
Also if ur expressing the stimulation to let the milk down is not as good as ur babies so the amount of milk u express is not a good indication of how much ur baby gets when feeding from the breast. I cannot express much but Johnson can do it perfect. Alot of mums worry when they cant express that their milk is drying up - this isnt the case and if u do worry your milk isnt enough for baby then there are ways to correct/check it x

i rekon expressing is an art form!!
I could only express if i was feeding from the other side, or i just had no let down! _________________ x x lucy x x

i agree! unless ur very relaxed and can thing "baby" thoughts to give u let down i think its hard x
